Seize The Day...Enjoy The Moment

I have had this tiny little book like......forever! I bought it off ebay yonks ago and have had it on display in my bookcase, never picked it up till now. It has some wonderful inspirational stuff in it which I want to share with you. So I will (try) to post one every day.
